Very cute!! Wonderful app for young children that are learning what the names of animals are. Will definately share this with my nephew the next time he visits!!

ABC Wildlife is an app for teaching the letters of the alphabet by engaging children with animals whose names begin with the various letters. Once in the app, users may choose a letter, then click on various animals who match. Once in the animals screen, users may complete an activity related to the animal using fine motor skills, learn more about the animal, and in some cases, watch a video about the animal, before going back to the animal selection screen. This reviewer enjoyed some of the sounds associated with the activities, like crunching noises when uncovering termites in some sawdust. =D Children of various reading levels will enjoy using the app, because it can be simply used as an activity, or teach more in depth about each animal for students with higher reading skills. I only did not give five stars because I found it hard to figure out how to work my way around the app and get to the desired menus. Also, the little guy on the activity screens does not indicate when one has successfully completed the activity, and many students need that kind of cue or positive reinforcement. It took me a while to realize I just needed to close it and that it was finished.

Great app for my daughter as she is learning different animals. Normally she will play with a app for a little while but this one she hasnt put down yet, very engaging!

I got this app for my 5 year old with autism. Hes still learning the alphabet so this is great. Including multiple photos of each animal is an important feature for kids like him, as it helps generalization (sometimes, kids with autism get the idea that only THAT dog is a dog). I also really like that you can tap the letter in the name of the animal to go to the list of animals whose names start with that letter. It makes exploring easier.

This is an exvcellent app for helping learn the ABCs and the names of animals. I love the real life pictures you all use and the little videos inserted in. This app has so much all in one; not just the alphabet: science, biology, phonics; so much more! This definitely had a lot of work and thought put into it!

Fab idea for our visual children. Real life animals along with learning, you just cant go wrong. Lots of interaction, spelling, videos. This app is packed full of great stuff. After downloading, my son was playing with it for an extended period of time. That is testiment that it is a fantastic app if it can keep an Autistic child entertained and engaged that long! A+

We have had this app for quite a while and wanted to give some feedback. My children absolutely love this app! My son is on the more severe side of the autism spectrum and it is hard to find an app that keeps his attention longer than a few minutes. He loves this app! Not only does he love it, while he is playing it...he is learning and its FUN! The videos are real life vidoes and are well done. There is so much information, he never gets bored...its one of his go to apps when he has the iPad :)

Im 14 yet I love this app, the pictures are beautiful, and the information interesting.

This app has awesome graphics and keeps my children engaged longer than any other app i have seen so far.Love it.

Beautiful stimulating pictures with awesome video clips to go with. The perfect tool to increase vocabulary and share some lap time with your toddler. Very interactive and fun!

A great app for younger children to help with spelling and animal name recognition.

The pictures of the animals are amazing! This app is designed very well. I especially like how easy it was to teach my four year old to use! Being able to customize the settings is nice! Nice touch locking the settings to make it harder for kids to accidentally access them and change the settings. Thanks for a great app!

This app is AWESOME! Did you know that a hippo can run faster than a human??? I didnt until I saw this app. This app is wonderfully designed! Gorgeous images and completely riveting videos. There is the occasional video that has a dead link, but other than that, it is awesome. My son loves the app and always wants to see the animals! I love that were both learning and having fun!

This is a great app! It has so much to explore, and in the process learn. My son has logged onto this app 1st thing everyday! He enjoys the pictures and videos and that they are real! At first he said Im to old for this I know my abcs. I encouraged him to try it any way, he fell in love with it! Its helping him in so many ways! Confidence boosting. Helping him with fine motor skills during the interactive games! I will be checking out your apps very soon.

All the Peapod Labs applications are perfect. They have infectious music, wonderful pictures and interactivity, and the vocabulary is rigorous and varied. As an elementary educator, I highly recommend each app that they offer.

Love, love, love all of the PeaPod Lab apps...we have All the ABC ONES. They are all must haves for Learning with Fun! Love that each allows you to get facts, touch and or Swipe through each item, interactive activity or a short video clip for each item as well. The letters that spell out each word can be touched and takes you straight to that letter of the alphabet (cool feature). Weve had these since my LO was 12 months and shes now 2 YO. Cant wait to buy preK learning ones. PeaPod app support for response/suggestions are fast and always personalized, not automatically generated like other app support Ive come across!
